Systems WTR-1 works with:

System Specification:
· Access control;
· Reader have a buffor with 25000 events, Real clock timer
and display with date and time;
· Reader works can works offline without the need of PC;
· The connection between the reader and the COM RS232 can
have 1km;
Software specification:
Our software is a program that
is used to make registrations and control the work time of
the employees of company. The most important functions of it
are:
1. The work time adapter can
save more than 20 000 events (entry/exit).
2. The adapter works offline
with the PC
3. It is very easy to use.
4. We use as identifier for the
users un-contact ID, which is a better solution than the
magnetic cards.
5. You can use many adapters,
which work with the same software.
6. In the program you can
define calendars for any employee. This make us control if
the user works according to the planning work time.
Program distinguish 3 kinds
of work:
1. Constant work with
defined working hours (we must give the work hour of
starting and finishing)
2. Work with defined number
of working hours everyday (without the defining of work
hour of first and finishing).
3. Work with shifts
(optional number of shifts)
7. You can control the late and
delay for every employee.
8. Program distinguishes the
over hours work and nights work also.
9. In the program you can make
a lot of reports and details about how many hours the
employee did in one day or month for individual or group of
employees.
10. You can control also the
work time according to the work group. 11. The program
controls the mistakes done by the employees and show where
the mistake appeared.
